The 3 Questions
Synonyms for ‘world view’ include perspective, position, view, point of view, posture, and angle. It is the lens through which we see everything. It’s a filter that helps us process and understand the world around us.
Worldview should be able to help us answer three very telling questions about how we see things:
Where did we come from?
What are we doing here?
Where are we going?
If you want to know what someone believes, start with these questions and their worldview will be exposed. From here, you can generally figure out where they stand on a variety of issues.
