We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming event, "The Trial," designed to bring fathers and sons closer together through shared challenges and experiences.

What is "The Trial"?

"The Trial" is a special event where fathers and sons team up to tackle various physical challenges, fostering not only physical toughness but also mental and spiritual resilience. This event is all about bonding through struggle and learning the importance of biblical masculinity and toughness.

Event Details

• Time: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
• Location: Air Park Kids Zone

Purpose

• Bonding: Strengthen the father-son relationship through shared adversity.
• Building Toughness: Promote mental, spiritual, and physical toughness.
• Biblical Masculinity: Discuss the importance of biblical masculinity and toughness between challenges.

Event Overview

1. 5k Race: Fathers and sons run together as a team. Fathers can carry their sons when they get tired, using a ruck-style carry. Participants are tied together to promote teamwork.
2. Bodyweight Circuit: A series of exercises completed as a team, including push-ups, sit-ups, box jumps, medicine ball slams, medicine ball squats, and pull-ups.
3. Shuttle Races: Various shuttle races such as partner carries, sled pushes, and farmer carries to test speed, strength, and teamwork.
4. Ice Bucket Challenge: A fun and refreshing challenge where participants immerse themselves in an ice bath for 1 minute.

In Between Challenges

During breaks between challenges, we will have the opportunity to discuss the importance of biblical masculinity and the value of toughness, providing a meaningful context to the physical activities.
